Omega Skinz OS-510 Razorblade is a premium cast overlaminate with a deep matte finish that closely mimics the look of factory matte automotive paint, like those found on Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. Engineered specifically for use over digitally printed graphics or other cast PVC films, OS-510 adds durable protection and refined aesthetics to any vehicle wrap.

With its ultra-soft and highly conformable construction, Razorblade excels in demanding 3D applications. Whether applied over channels, curves, rivets, or recessed surfaces, the film maintains adhesion without lifting or whitening, even in deep indentations.

Recommended Application Guidelines

To ensure the best results:

  • Dry time before laminating:

    • Standard prints: 48 hours

    • Heavy ink loads: 72 hours (minimum)

  • Lamination temperature:

    • Cold lamination only, max 30°C roller temperature

  • Avoid excessive tension on the laminate during lamination

    • Overstretching may cause edge lifting, delamination, or film curl
