Omega Skinz OS-511 Silky Satisfaction is a high-end cast overlaminate with a refined, uniform matte finish, developed for those who desire subtle elegance with maximum surface protection. This film is engineered for long-term use across automotive, marine, and architectural applications, offering a sleek, paint-like effect with a soft touch and no glare.

Designed to work in combination with digitally printed graphics or other cast PVC films, OS-511 provides deep color enhancement and superior resistance to daily wear. Its ultra-smooth surface eliminates spotting, hazing, or silvering, making it the ideal choice for wraps where a perfectly even matte finish is essential.

Recommended Application Guidelines

  • Drying time before lamination

    • Standard ink coverage: 48 hours

    • Heavy ink coverage: 72 hours (minimum)

  • Laminating conditions

    • Cold lamination only, max roller temperature 30°C

    • Avoid excessive tension in the laminate to prevent edge curl, delamination, or lifting

  • Use STRETCHLESS technique for recessed areas and deep curves

    • For best results, attend Omega Skinz professional installation training
