Omega Skinz OS-513 Crystal Gloss PPF is a next generation polyurethane overlaminate designed for professionals who demand the highest gloss level and crystal clear protection. With its ultra smooth surface and extreme clarity, this film gives printed wraps a deep, luxurious shine that rivals freshly polished car paint, all while providing long lasting surface protection.
Unlike traditional PVC based laminates, OS-513 is made from highly elastic polyurethane, allowing it to conform easily to curved, domed, or recessed surfaces. Its optical purity and finish are enhanced by a removable protective capsheet that preserves the ultra gloss appearance during transport and installation.

⚠️ Important: OS-513 comes with a removable protective capsheet (also known as cap film) to safeguard the surface during handling. Always remove the capsheet before installation.
⚠️ This laminate is not suitable for post heating. Heating may damage the surface.

Recommended Application Guidelines
- Drying time before lamination
- Standard prints: 48 hours
- Heavy ink coverage: 72 hours minimum
- Lamination settings
- Cold lamination only, max roller temperature 30°C
- Avoid excessive laminate tension to prevent curling or delamination
- Do not post heat
- Remove the capsheet before application
- Use the STRETCHLESS installation method for deep recesses
- For best results, follow Omega Skinz professional training
