Omega Skinz OS-513 Polished Pleasure is a next-generation polyurethane overlaminate designed for professionals who demand the highest gloss level and crystal-clear protection. With its ultra-smooth surface and extreme clarity, this film gives printed wraps a deep, luxurious shine that rivals freshly polished car paint, all while providing long-lasting surface defense.

Unlike traditional PVC-based laminates, OS-513 is made from highly elastic polyurethane, allowing it to conform easily to curved, domed, or recessed surfaces. Its optical purity and finish are enhanced by a removable protective cap sheet that preserves the ultra-gloss during transport and installation.

⚠️ Important: OS-513 comes with a removable protective cap sheet (also known as cap film) to safeguard the surface during handling. Always remove the cap sheet before installation.

Recommended Application Guidelines

  • Drying time before lamination

    • Standard prints: 48 hours

    • Heavy ink coverage: 72 hours minimum

  • Lamination settings

    • Cold lamination only, max roller temperature 30°C

    • Avoid excessive laminate tension to prevent curling or delamination

  • Do not post-heat

  • Remove cap sheet before application

  • Use STRETCHLESS installation method for deep recesses

    • For best results, follow Omega Skinz professional training
