Introducing UM-Warp6™
What does “Warp” mean?
You might think it’s a typo and should be “wrap”. But that’s not the case. The term “warp” comes from the gaming and sci-fi world. In films like Star Trek, it is used to describe speeds faster than the speed of light. So “warp 6” means six times the speed of light.
Of course, this is a nod to fiction, but it resonates well with the wrap scene, which is closely connected to gaming, movies and that whole epic universe.
What we are actually saying with this term is simple: with the new UM Warp6 adhesive, you can wrap extremely fast.
Our Most Advanced Adhesive Yet
We developed UM-Warp6™ to make car wrap installation smoother, faster, and more precise than ever before.
The new adhesive features a milder initial tack, allowing for easier repositioning and clean lifting without residue. It’s more slidable, giving wrappers greater control and flexibility during alignment.
Of course, we’ve kept the trusted micro air-release channels, so trapped air can be effortlessly pushed out – ensuring a flawless, bubble-free finish.
Once applied, the final adhesion strength is even higher than before. You won’t have to worry about edges lifting or corners coming loose.
This adhesive is so effective and intuitive to work with, we even broke the world record for a Full Body Car Wrap using UM-Warp6™.
Smooth to start. Strong to finish.
UM-Warp6™ – the next generation of wrap performance.

What has changed?
With UM-Warp6™, the adhesive has been fully redesigne to give installers maximum control throughout the entire wrapping process. It features milder initial tack for easy positioning, smooth glide for precise alignment, advanced micro air-release channels, controlled transition to strong final adhesion, and stable performance on deep curves and complex shapes.
Alongside the adhesive, the film construction itself has been refined with improved pigment stability, more consistent colour depth, reduced material stress during stretching, and a clean, stable visual appearance after installation.
Proven under extreme conditions
On April 11th, 2025, Omega-Skinz set a new World Record for the Fastest Full Body Car Wrap, completed in just 19 minutes and 11 seconds. This performance demonstrated exceptional initial glide, controlled repositionability at high speed, predictable bonding behaviour, strong and stable edge performance, and distortion-free stretching on complex vehicle surfaces.
